Over the years, PaddlezUp started from the pure joy and love for all sporting activities paddle-related.
PaddlezUp revolutionalised the paddling culture in Singapore, introducing the first batch of International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF) certified dragonboat paddles into Singapore. Prior to that, paddlers were unaware and did not have a source to turn to for IDBF paddles. They had to contend with the default heavy stock paddles.

In May 2004, PaddlezUp brought in the first batch IDBF202a paddles and perpetuated a change in the whole landscape of paddling here in Singapore. The accessibility and marked difference between using an IDBF paddle to the stock paddles brought about a whole new perspective to personal equipment and the new found awareness to the joy of paddling!
